Jazz/Zip Reader activation

Installation Instructions for the web-downloaded version

Dear user,

Thank you for purchasing the Jazz/Zip Reader. 
Here below is the Standard procedure for fully activating the application.

1. Register on our web site for downloading the Jazz/Zip Reader Upgrade.
2. Receive a password by e-mail.
3. Download the Jazz/Zip Reader Upgrade.
4. Start the program. The application will run for about 30 seconds, just to give enough time for reading and copying the program Site ID#. See picture below.
5. Send an e-mail to support@convergetech.com with your specific, computer linked, Site ID#.
6. The Support team at Converge Horizons will send you back a User name and an Activation Number.
7. After receiving them, open the application again.
8. In the Menu, click on Help- > Enter registration information.
9. Enter the names/numbers received from Converge Horizons.
10. The program is now fully functional

Important Note:
Please make sure that the ZIP/Jazz Reader will be installed on the computer on which you wish to use it. The name/numbers received from us are related to your computer hardware/software. An additional installation on another computer will require an additional license. Please contact a Converge Horizons representative for network or multiple licenses.
